Description

Recreational basketball at the Teays Valley YMCA. Play pickup games with whoever is there for 1 hour. This group meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30-8:30a, but there isn't a requirement to come a certain amount or day. It is just a group of guys that will play with however many we have each morning. 

The age range of player is varied from 12-85 years old, so everyone is welcome. In order to join, a participant will either need to be a member of the YMCA or pay the daily rate ($5). It is a lot of fun and great exercise.
