Looking for a meaningful way to give back this Memorial Day?
Every year, thousands of people ride motorcycles across the country to raise awareness for service members who are Prisoners of War, Missing in Action, or killed in action. This powerful journey is called Run For The Wall, and one of the main routes to Washington, D.C. comes right through our area—with many riders staying here overnight. We’re looking for volunteers to help serve dinner on Wednesday, May 20, and breakfast on Thursday, May 21 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Nitro.
Being part of Run For The Wall is a special way to honor those who sacrificed and to support veterans, their families, and friends.
