RidgeWomen
Where Women Grow in Christ Together
You were created with purpose, and our heart is that you fully know your value and worth in Jesus. Ridge Women exists to create meaningful spaces where women can connect authentically, grow spiritually, and take intentional steps forward in their walk with Christ.
Through short-term groups and Bible studies, uplifting gatherings, and genuine sisterhood, we cultivate an environment where women can engage Scripture, build lasting relationships, and find encouragement for everyday life. Here, you’ll be supported as you grow in faith, share your story, and live out God’s calling.
We would love for you to join us and experience a welcoming community that inspires faith, connection, and purpose.
Below you’ll find upcoming Ridge Women gatherings and events throughout the year.

Mom Connect

Mom Connect is a group devoted to encouraging and supporting moms of young children. Raising little ones is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be challenging and sometimes isolating. Mom Connect is a place to find connection, encouragement, and support as we walk alongside one another in motherhood. It truly takes a village—and we want to be that village for you!
This group is primarily for moms with children from infancy through age five, but we also love and welcome mentor moms (moms with older kids) and expecting moms!
We’ll meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with our new semester starting September 9th.
Want to learn more about Mom Connect? Come to our Open House Wednesday August 26th at 10am!
This is an opportunity to connect and see what River Ridge Mom Connect is all about! You will see where we are meeting, the child care rooms, along with other things! This is a time to meet others and ask any questions you might have! Please let us know you are planning on coming to help us plan for food!
We will also have our friends “Caffeine and Chaos” a coffee and dirty soda truck there to fuel us and the kiddos!

Ridge Women Study Groups
Soul Care

An early morning women’s group combining a bodyweight group workout with a book study through Soul Care by Debra Fileta. Meeting in Winfield.
What does this group look like?
We will meet (at my house) in Winfield from 7-9am on Wednesdays for 7 weeks starting July 8.
There will be chapters to read from the book Soul Care by Debra Fileta prior to each group meeting. We’ll start each week with discussion of the book and applicable biblical truths, then move into a 30 to 40 minute workout time.
Workout styles will vary each week, can be completed using bodyweight or light weights, and will be modifiable for all levels. We will share truths to fuel our souls as well as food to fuel our bodies as we continue to become the best version of who God created us to be.
Bring your own coffee, water and mat.

Breath of Life Yoga – Summer

Summer Series – The Body of Christ
Breath of Life is a bring-your-own-mat, guided silent flow movement series. These are beginner level, low-impact sessions that last approximately 45 minutes.
Each session, we begin with a scripture-based intention and move through gentle, breath-centered poses set to music. Aside from music, the experience remains silent—creating space to connect with your breath and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Join us this summer for a 6-week, Christ-centered journey focused on breath, movement, and body awareness. Each session highlights a different area of the body, guiding you into deeper rest, strength, and spiritual renewal.
✨ New this year: We are transitioning from a year-long rolling class to seasonal series experiences.
We would love to have you flow with us this Summer!
